Fernando Arab participates in seminar on labor reform

Fernando Arab, partner at Morales & Besa delivered his paper “From paper to practice: The challenges imposed by the labor reform” at the seminar organized by Duoc UC and the Carlos Vial Espantoso Foundation. Before a crowd of more than a hundred people, Fernando Arab mainly referred to the new collective bargaining procedure established by the reform, as well as the effects and implications that strikes bring to businesses. The seminar also attended by Zarko Luksic, former undersecretary of labor the first government of Michelle Bachelet and Ariel Rossel, current legislative head of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.
