Morales & Besa’s antitrust team has vast experience advising national and international clients.

Our advice extends to representation in merger approval proceedings before the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office (“Fiscalía Nacional Económica” or “FNE”), as well as to judicial representation before the Chilean Competition Tribunal and the Chilean Supreme Court. We also have extensive experience advising clients in investigations by the FNE, in regulatory compliance and antitrust compliance.

We are known for providing advice in highly regulated markets and industries, both in competition matters and in compliance with sector regulations. We advise our clients on the design of compliance policies and their implementation, as well as in the development of strategies to prevent violations of the law.

Covering the full range of antitrust and competition law work, Morales & Besa fields lawyers with backgrounds in both private practice and at the antitrust agencies. The three-member team is particularly active in complex merger-review procedures, as well as high-profile cartel litigation.
