Our project and infrastructure teams advises major concessionaire companies, banks and financial institutions, as well as the Republic of Chile on national public infrastructure projects, including matters related to the structure, management and implementation of public works concession contracts.
We have vast experience in project finance in Chile. Our track record includes advising shareholders, operators, sponsors, advisors, partners, financiers, suppliers, product purchasers and underwriters on all legal matters related to structuring and development, financing, government regulation, construction and other related contractual issues. Likewise, we have vast experience at all phases of projects, from greenfield to post-operation.
We have actively participated in many of the most emblematic infrastructure project financings in our country in recent years, including roads, airports, dams and ports, among others, which have been given in concession to private companies, both Chilean and foreign, by the Chilean Government and have contributed significantly to the development of Chile. We have also advised on important issues in all sectors, including power generation and transmission, all forms of renewable energy, oil and gas, liquefied natural gas (LNG), petrochemicals, mining and metals, water and wastewater treatment.
