Rodrigo has an outstanding professional career with more than 20 years of experience, working in legal practice, law firms and in-house legal counsel in both public and private institutions.
He is an expert in Constitutional Law, Economic Analysis of Public and Regulatory Law, with experience in Law Reports and Public Litigation. He was a member of the Commission appointed by the House of Deputies of Chile for the drafting of a new Bill of Procedure for the Protection (Amparo) Constitutional Remedy. In 2019 he was elected Deputy Justice of the Constitutional Court of Chile and a year later he was appointed co-representative of the Court before the Venice Commission, as well as a regular speaker in both national and foreign seminars and lectures.
