Advised to Accel-KKR in the acquisition of several companies connected to the development of technological products destined to support the business of Isapres and health service providers, among which the most relevant is I-Med S.A.

Advising Atlas Renewable Energy, a leading renewable energy company with operations throughout the Americas, in connection with its photovoltaic power plant "Sol del Desierto", located in María Elena, Northern Chile.
