Morales & Besa partner participated in Institute for Research and Material Testing and Technology Development Corporation Seminar

Gonzalo Cordero, partner in charge of the litigation team at Morales & Besa spoke at the Contracts Seminar house: Conflict and Resolution Mechanisms, organized by the Institute for Research and Material Testing (IDIEM) and Technology Development Corporation (TDC) the Chilean Chamber of Construction. The first day of the seminar was held on Wednesday August 7 at the Radisson Hotel Santiago , and was attended by professoinals with extensive experience in the field of construction. Mr. Cordero spoke about the conflicts that arise in cases where the reality of the construction contract is different from the work in relation to communication among stakeholders, penalties and fines for such disagreement and the theory of unpredictability
