Aldo Cardinali T.
Aldo Cardinali has focused his career on energy, mining, and environmental matters, as both privet and public sector, with experience in project development, transaction and regulatory aspects. He also focuses his practice on the environmental impact assessment system, land use regulations, environmental audits, projects development, law reports, enforcement processes, judicial and administrative environmental litigation, acquisition and legal protection of surface lands for conservation and sustainable development purposes.
Prior to join Morales & Besa in 2020, he was partner of Infante Valenzuela Molina Abogados, head of the environmental and natural resources group of Prieto Abogados, and head of the Sustainable Development Division of the Ministry of Mining.
