Interim Measures by Chilean Courts in Aid of Foreign Arbitration espñaol

 

Orlando Palominos, senior associate of Morales & Besa, and Catharina Müller, intern of the University of Heidelberg, Germany, wrote a publication for the Kluwer Arbitration Blog about the difficulties that arised face to the request of interim measures, before national courts, in aid of foreign arbitrations.

Catharina has focused her practice on matters of international law and arbitration and is currently pursuing an LL.M. in International Law, Investment, Commerce and Arbitration at the Heidelberg Center for Latin America. This program is offered jointly by the University of Heidelberg and the University of Chile, with the help of the Institute of International Studies of the University of Chile and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law. At the same time he performs an internship in the related area in our firm.
