Labor and social security information on the new Multi-Rut law

July 21, 2014

On Wednesday, July 9, Law No. 20,760 “Establishing assumption multiplicity of social reasons deemed a single employer and its effects” was published in the Official Journal. The law regulates when two or more companies constitute a single employer for labor and social effects, in order to prevent the abuses that existed on Multi Rut.

In this regard, the Labor Group hosted a breakfast on Friday July 4, in order to be able to comment and discuss the major changes that would introduce this New Law to existing labor laws, as well as in relation to the national labor agenda for worker training, collective bargaining and organizing. This breakfast was attended by representatives of about 35 companies, both national and multinational.
