The partner of Morales & Besa, Myriam Barahona, along with senior associates Andrea Díaz, Lorena Barrientos and María José Becker, participated, together with partners and associates of 30 Chilean law firms, in the first conversation meeting about the challenges of women in the legal profession. The objective of this type of meetings, involving members and associates of legal studies in Latin America, as well as in-house and government counsels, that was carried out within the framework of the Chilean chapter of the Women in the Profession program of the Vance Center in the offices of Carey, seeks to create a space to address the challenges faced by women in the legal profession and share ideas and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.
