This Legal Alert, prepared by the Competition Law / Antitrust team of Morales & Besa refers to the resolution of the Chilean competition agency, the Fiscalia Nacional Económica (FNE) published on December 1st 2016 in the Official Gazette, which sets the turnover thresholds over which prior consultation of “Concentration Operations” will be mandatory.
