Morales & Bes advises on the sale of Walmart Chile S.A.

Morales & Besa advised Felipe Ibáñez, who along with his brother Nicolas Ibanez, sold their remaining shares in the company Walmart Chile SA , equivalent to 25.06% to the company, Inversiones Australes Tres Ltda, owned by Wal- Mart Stores Inc. The transaction price amounted to US$ 1,490 million.

The M&B team was led by partners Guillermo Morales and Matias Langevin, with associates Andrea Diaz and Maria Teresa Manubens .
