Morales & Besa advice to EFG Corredores de Bolsa SpA to become an operator at the Santiago Stock Exchange

Morales & Besa advice EFG Corredores de Bolsa SpA to obtain the authorization to become an operator at the Santiago Stock Exchange. It is important to note that the company was already present in the country since 2016, operating on the Chilean Electronic Stock Exchange (BEC).
EFG Corredores de Bolsa SpA, of the Swiss investment bank of the same name, is the new and third member of the Santiago Stock Exchange since its demutualization – together with Renta 4 and Vector Capital of the Capitaria Group-.
The team of Morales and Besa that participated in the operation was integrated by partner Eugenio Besa, senior associate Andrea Díaz and associate, Vicente Valdés.
