Morales & Besa advised Banco Security in the grant of financing for the acquisition of 17 cemetery parks

Morales & Besa succesfully advised Banco Security in operation consisting in the grant of a financing to Inversiones Parques Cementerios 2 SpA, owned by Fondo de Inversión Penta Las Américas Parques Cementerios Dos, with the object of financing the acquisition of Parques de Chile Group’s assets, which include 17 cemetery parks located in different cities around the country.

The operation required a particular effort to coordinate this financing with the peculiarities inherent to the acquisition that materialised in conjunction with the closing of the financing.

The Morales & Besas’s team involved in this transaction was led by partner José Miguel Carvajal, along with associates Bernardo Mora and María Francisca Estrougo.
