Morales & Besa successfully advised FRS Capital Corp. in the transaction concerning the investment by funds affiliated to Blackstone Infrastructure Partners (BIP) in Carrix, the largest private operator of maritime terminals in the world and the parent company of SSA Marine, a company that has an active participation in assets operating in several countries around the world, including South America and Chile.
The advice referred to the effects of the investment by BIP in connection to the assets located in Chile, including regulatory and antitrust matters.
