Morales & Besa advised Ingevec S.A in the placement of a capital increase and a secondary offering of shares.

Morales & Besa successfully advised Ingevec SA, parent company of one of the most important construction and real estate companies in Chile, in the placement of a capital increase and a secondary offering of shares for a total amount of approximately $15,000,000,000 (USD 25,000,000).

This was the first capital increase made by Ingevec S.A. since its initial public offering in 2012.

It was an innovative transaction for including a secondary offering of shares in conjunction with the placement of a capital increase (newly issued shares). There are no similar precedents of transactions of this kind in recent years.

Morales & Besa team involved in this transaction was formed by partner Macarena Laso, with the participation of associates Andrea Díaz and Manuel José Eyzaguirre.
