Morales & Besa advised SMU on placement of bonds for 42 million dollars

Morales & Besa successfully adviced SMU S.A., as issuer, in the issuance and placement of T-series bonds charged to Line 650 in the local market for a total amount of UF 1,000,000 (USD $ 42 million approx).
SMU is today the Chilean company with the largest geographical coverage of the country and the largest supermarket chain nationwide.
The team of Morales & Besa that participated in the operation was integrated by partner José Miguel Carvajal, senior associate Andrea Díaz and associate, Isabel Cabeza.
