Morales & Besa successfully advised SMU S.A., in the issuance and placement in the local market of its Series AL Bonds (issued under the indenture registered with the CMF under No. 964), for a total capital amount of UF 3,000,000 (approximately USD$ 120,000,000). This transaction stood out for the speed of its execution in spite of the pandemic.
