Morales & Besa advises BBVA Chile, Scotiabank Chile and Banco Security in debt refinancing and credit lines to Agrícola Industrial Lo Valledor AASA S.A. and Empresas FT S.A. 

Morales & Besa successfully advised BBVA Chile, Scotiabank Chile and Banco Security in preparing and negotiating the documentation for credit assignment, novation and assignment of debt exchange debtor credit agreement and credit line plus related guarantees. In addition, Morales & Besa advised BBVA Chile on the review and tax analysis of the operation. The transaction was quite complex as it involved an assignment operation and financing debt that was taking place simultaneously and because of the restructuring and division of AASA group leader in Chile in the processing and marketing of pork and beef. Under the above, negotiations and final closure of the operation was extended for more than 1 year.
