Morales & Besa advises Credit Suisse Brazil in Bankruptcy procedure

“MPX Chile Holdings” Credit Suisse has recently requested the liquidation of its debtor MPX Chile Holding, due to the non-payment of a US$ 8 million debt. MPX Chile Holding is an energy company, formerly part of the Eike Batista Group and now owned by Eneva a Brazilian subsidiary of E.ON.
