Morales & Besa advises EFG International (Switzerland) in establishing broker dealer EFG Agente de Valores

Morales & Besa is providing ongoing advice to EFG International (Switzerland), including the negotiation of shareholders agreement with local partners, to set up of a broker dealer affiliate EFG Agente de Valores, registration in the Stockbrokers and Securities Dealers Registry of the SVS, licensing to intermediate securities off the exchange, and set up of another entity to engage in financial advisory.
