Morales & Besa is representing Inmobiliaria Icafal Ingevec S.A., Ingeniería y Construcción Icafal and Constructora Ingevec S.A. in two damage claims filed by former owners of 8 apartment blocks built by Ingeniería and Construcción Icafal, which were demolished by order of Chilean authorities after the earthquake that shook Chile on February 27, 2010. The value of the case is approximately US$20,000,000.
