Morales & Besa advised Molymet in patent claim

In September 2015 Morales & Besa filed a claim against Constructora Inarco before arbitrator Sergio Urrejola for damages caused by defects in the construction of Molymet’s corporate building. Molymet and Inarco subscribed a contract for the construction of its corporate building on 2010, which was the first in South America with a Leed-Platinum certification. However, Molymet claims that Inarco did not comply with the contract as there were important defects in the building.
