Morales & Besa advises Pesca Chile and Acuinova bankruptcy trustees in the liquidation proceedings of several assets

Morales & Besa successfully advises Pesca Chile Acuinova Chile under bankruptcy processes in the completion of the sale of all Pecsa Nova (parent company in Spain) assets in Chile, namely the aforenamed companies. This was a major cross border insolvency proceeding between Chile and Spain.
