Morales & Besa advises restructuring of 100% debt for Camanchaca

On Thursday May 30, Camanchaca completed the process of restructuring 100% of its bank debt , corresponding to US$234 million, with banks BCI, Banco de Chile, State, Santander, Rabobank, Security and BBVA. Morales & Besa actively participated as counsel to the seven banks with which the company established a structure consisting of debt to cash generation, in a horizon of seven years.

The M&B team was led by partner Pedro Garcia and Myriam Barahona, with associates Javier Balbontín, Ignacio Delpino, Sebastian Luco, Maria Paz and Yeny Silva Pimentel.
