Morales & Besa advises The Associated Press in Quilodran- v – The Associated Press in a civil liability and copyright claim

Morales & Besa won in the Santiago Court of Appeals a civil liability and copyright claim representing The Associated Press. The court rejected entirely the US$ 3.5 million claim. The case is now before the Supreme Court.
