Morales & Besa advises Viña y Bodega Botalcura in Inversiones Botalcura – v – Inversiones Alfa arbitration case

Morales & Besa successfully represented Viña y Bodega Botalcura in an arbitration proceeding initiated against its former Mexican partner Grupo Alfa, before arbitrator Emilio Pfeffer regarding certain water rights that should have been considered in the division of the operating companies. The award was issued on January 25, 2016 and granted in its entirety the transfer of the water rights.
