Morales & Besa finishes Amcham Chile’s Diversity and Labor Inclusion Mentoring

Since June, our Director Lorena Barrientos, has participated in representation of our Diversity Committee, from AmCham Chile’s 2019 Mentoring Circle on Diversity and Labor Inclusion. This week, the closing ceremony was held, where the mentoring companies were awarded and those who participated in the program were recognized.

“One of the main determinations of our Diversity Committee has been to give due importance to the relationships we generate and maintain with external organizations and initiatives that promote values such as diversity and inclusion, because it allows us to better understand how companies are facing these realities. All these months of mentoring are undoubtedly an enormous contribution in this sense,” Lorena said.
