Morales & Besa partner Fernando Arab appointed to the Advisory Board of the UC Justice Reform Program.

Fernando Arab,  who leads the Labor and Employment practice , was elected to be a Director on the Advisory Board of the Pontificia Universidad Católica Justice Reform Program.  The program aims to bring together the academic and law community to actively participate in the reform processes of the Chilean courts, particularly their functional areas. The reform program will include research and content development, teaching and social events, taking into account our legal system and comparing the best examples of procedural reforms. The purpose of the program is to generate knowledge and analysis while continuing to improve the quality, availability and timeliness of access to justice in our country.
