Morales & Besa partner Macarena Laso, participated as a panelist in the Commercial Real Estate Law Forum organized by International Council Shopping Centers (ISCS), on November 8 and 9 at the Marriott hotel.
As part of the panel “Correlation between tenants and landlords”, Macarena commented, “the discussion was very interesting and focused on the relationship between tenants and developers or owners of Shopping Centers, analyzing the legal basis and the challenges and challenges that arise for both actors. “
