On November 19 Pedro Garcia spoke about the financing of renewable energy in Chile at the 3rd Seminar on Project Finance in Washington DC organized by LatinLawyer . The seminar brought together international financial institutions and law firms in the United States and Latin Americans who participate in such operations.
