Morales & Besa reinforces Litigation and Arbitration team with incorporation of new partner Jorge Vial

Morales & Besa announces new partner  Jorge Vial and two new associates José María Larraín Matte  and Marcela Rodríguez Montecinos.

Jorge Vial is a litigator who graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and Professor of Procedural Law at this University, with postgraduate studies at the University of Michigan. Previously, he was a partner at the law firm Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego & Dörr.

Maria Jose Larrain Matte and Marcela Rodriguez Montecinos are lawyers at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and both practised at the law firm Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego & Dörr. The litigation team  – led by partner Gonzalo Cordero will total 11 lawyers. “The addition of Jorge, Maria Jose and Marcela comes to support the work we have been doing, particularly in the area of ​​complex litigation, where we have had a very important rise in activity,” Cordero said.
