Morales & Besa Talks: Talk on reforms to the Código de Aguas and the Proyecto de Ley de Glaciares

As a way of delivering our expert vision to our clients, Rodrigo Ropert, senior associate of Morales & Besa and expert in environmental matters, opened a space for conversation and analysis regarding the main modifications to the Código de Aguas and the Proyecto de Ley de Glaciares, which are currently being processed in Congress.
The breakfast, part of the Morales & Besa Talks program, took place in the firm’s offices on November 29, and the potential effects of these matters on the plans were discussed with hydroelectric and industrial clients of current and future investment.
