Morales y Besa successfully advised SMU SA, the supermarket chain related to the Saieh group, in the process of placing bonds in the local market for UF 1,000,000 due on September 25 of 2019. The proceeds from the placement of these bonds will be used to refinance SMU’s medium- and short-term unrelated financial debt.
This is the second time that Morales & Besa advises SMU in a bond placement processes, after advising the company in the placement of bonds for a total sum of UF 3,000,000, last April.
