In the field of natural resources, we have been involved in all key areas of the Chilean economy. In the area of mining, we have advised numerous companies in all stages of their mining projects, including the establishment of mining property rights (concessions), permitting, financing, construction and operation of plants. In the area of forestry we have extensive experience in the regulation of the sector, as well as industrial related projects. In the water sector, we have advised investors and operators of water distribution and treatment operations.
