We advised Monte Oscuro S.A. on the acquisition of mining rights over the surface property, and on the processing of new concessions before the Chilean courts, and the completion of procedures for the creation of mining concessions through coordination with public entities such as the Sernageomin, the Mining Official Gazette and the relevant Mining Registrar.
